Hi,

In spite of removing the OOO, iam still getting the message. also renamed
the profile,no luck. Can anyone suggest me further steps

Can you toggle the setting via Outlook Web Access?

Other than that, it would be helpful if you posted what version of Microsoft
Outlook and Exchange as the problem might be server side rather than the
client software.
