Out Of Office Template

Hi,

Please advise:

My question is this: How can I attach an icon to my template ( i.e.

| Out of Office)?
| or where is the "Out Of Office" template kept in the Microsoft folder?

| Is it possible to generate an automated "Out of Office" response for
| a specific group while the Out of Office is not in use?

I use Outlook 2000 & yes, I do have have an Exchange server.

What version of Outlook are you using and do you have an Exchange server as
the backend?
