out of office wizard out of work

Windows 2000, Office XP
One of our end users Out of Office assistant is on vacation. It wants to
install it, and we do, then it says it's already installed. Then when we
click on it to run it tries to install again. Never works. If I log in,it
works fine. User can log into a different computer and it works fine. So far
I have deleted the extend.dat for this user, and hacked the registry and
deleted the data keys under local machine, software, microsft, exchange,
client, extensions. Then I did a repair install of Office XP. Still a no go.
I really don't want to whack her profile as she has lots of customizations.
Any suggestions?
