Out-of-Office working internally but not externally ??

It works as it's supposed to internally, but it seems that whenever someone
sends an email from the outside it never replies. Is this a known issue?

Exchange 2000, Win 2000, Outlook 2000.

Exchange 2000/2003's default configuration is to stop out of office
notifications from leaving the site. If you really want to turn it on, open
Exchange System Manager > Global Settings > Internet Message Format > Right
click on default > Advanced tab.

It's not really an issue, it's just a setting on the Exchange server. You
may want to be careful with that because it would make you vulnerable if an
outsider (that you don't know) finds out that you're out of the office.
