Sorry I did not mention that we are in a bussiness environment using Exchange
Server. The person is not working offline and have gone thru the trouble
shooting process in the help screens. I also tried a repair on Outlook install

Have you tried to delete the Outlook profile at the user end, restart, then
recreate the profile?

I went in and deleted the profile and he also had a personal folder and under
his personal folder 2 folders named Inbox and Inbox2. Would those have been
deleted also or where would I find them or how do I recover them???

I really don't think that's related. A PST normally does have an inbox,
depending on what was exported of course. You could of course test by
dissociating the PST(s) from the profile. Did deleting and recreating the
Outlook profile help with the OOF?

My mistake I just was not pointing to the correct drive, that is all taken
care of. After I deleted the profile and recreated it ,I am still getting the
error message, (this command is not available. See the program documentation
about how to use this extension).
