Hello,
We have the following problem:
If we add a appointment with some people to join the event and save this the
people will be invited by email about the event.
If we later change some details (e.g. add some text or change the end time -
to have more time to reach the next appointment) we can't save the changes
without sending new emails to every invited person but we won't send an
update to everyone!
After clicking to "Save/Close" a message will be displayed with the
following options:
..) "Save changes and send an update"
..) "Discard changes"
In former Versions of Outlook (also Outlook 2003) there was a third option
like "Save changes" - WITHOUT sending the updates/mails to every invited
person.
I can't find an option anywhere to get this option back, but we need it!
Can anyone help me? Or is there now way to configure this? Do you know a
ADD-ON that will help me?
