OutBok Dose not send message.

Outlook does not send

I am using Outlook 2003.
VERY OFTEN when I reply to a message the message is not released from the
Outbox. It just goes in an endless “Sending Message†mode.

What I end up doing is:
Close outlook >
Reopen Outlook >
Drag the message form the out box to the Draft folder >
Open the message and send it aging.

Then it is most likely to be sent.

What do you think is my problem? As I said this happiness very often
regardless if the message is text or HTML, large or small.
