outbox Date: None

I have a user that is having a problem with Outlook 2003. When replying to an
email, after typing his message and hitting send; the message goes to his
outbox under Date: None and the message just sits there after Send/Recieve is
done. If he just sends a new message it goes from the Outbox to Sent Items
seamlessly. So the problem only occurs if he replies to an email and only
some of the time. I have seen this problem posted on Google before, but there
has never been any response by anyone to the various postings. I'm
considering uninstalling Office 2003 and then re-installing it. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
