Outbox Hang up

I tried to send a 22 MB file attachment via Outlook email.

It has been hung up in the outbox box for 2 days

I have tried deleting it, on and off line, restarting Outlook and restarting
the computer

How can I remove this big message from the outbox?

When you try File->Work Offline and then close Outlook, ensure it is not still running in Task Manager. Once Outlook is *completely* closed, open it again and try deleting it.
