Outbox message stuck

Hi,

we are using OL2003 and recently experiencing email msg's getting stuck in
the outbox when sending new emails. even if i open the outbox message and
try sending- still stuck. can do send recv, but stillsits there untill i
kill the outlook.exe process from task manager and reopen outlook and then
send/recv. any idea?

I have started having the same problem on 4 different users. Have you found
an answer?
