outbox not sending

Outlook 2002 problem: Some messages just sit in the Outbox, while others go
out. Cannot find any pattern to why and when. Hit "send/receive" and some
messages gout some come in, and one just sit sin the Outbox. No error
messages even. Try to close Outlook and it says 'are you sure - you still
have unsent messages", but never gives me a clue how to send it.

If you view the send/receive progress, you should see an error reported.

Is there only one email cannot send? Is it too large? How about cancel this
email to see whether Outlook can work properly. If don't, try to use a new
PST.
