All messages go into the outbox when you press 'send' or 'send later'. The
only difference being that 'send' immediately sends the message, 'send
later' waits until the next time the 'send all' or 'send and receive all'
schedules run. If messages are not being sent, then there is probably a
problem with the way that your 'sending mail server' is set up in the
account settings.
