Outbox troubleshooting

I have a message with attachments that will not transmit but I cannot delete
it. My outlook continues to attempt to send every few minutes without success
thus generating failure message. How do I get rid of it?
Here is the message from the postmaster:
Reporting-MTA: dns;bay0-omc2-s4.bay0.hotmail.com
Received-From-MTA: dns;hotmail.com
Arrival-Date: Wed, 13 May 2009 19:42:59 -0700
