Outdated "External Out of Office Messages"

Hi,

Until we finally move to Exchange/Outlook 2010, we're still running
Exchange/Outlook 2003 with the latest SP/Fixes.

We have a bunch of users who are experiencing a problem when setting the
External Out of Office (EOOF) message. When they type the new EOOF message,
users are receiving an outdated message instead of the current one.

Let's say on week 1, user set the OOF "I'll be OOF on week 1", next time
users set the OOF "I'll OOF on week 5". On week 5 external users are
receiving "I'll bee OOF on week 1".

OWA works fine but we don't use OWA so I can't ask users to set the OOF there.
As a workaround we use the /Cleanrules switch but we need a permanent
solution for this issue.

I've also tried to export the rules, delete them via MFCMAPI and re-import
(and re-created) the rules but still we're facing the issue. Some of the
users have a Blackberry but some of them don't.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
