Outdated Web Page

When I update information to my web page, it isn't visible to viewers unless
they refresh the page. This occurs even if they don't have the web page open
when the changes are saved. I've added an automatic refresh/redirect to keep
the page current, but that only works after the user does the initial
refreshing (f5) manually. Please help.

That comes from how the user's browser is configured. Other than adding a
nocache statement in the meta tags, this is really out of the control of a
developer. Even that step won't help if they hhave already visited and your
page is cached.
