Outdenting problems on Project 2003

Hi there,
I've been working on Project 2003 a bit and experience
problems when I sometimes want to rectify the outline by
outdenting tasks, also when I want to delete tasks.The
system simply does nothing. I never had these types of
problems before on 98, 2000 or XP.
Any ideas?

There is a known proble with outdenting in 2003 Standard

A patch is underway, I'm told.

Hi, I have encountered this same dilema with Project
2003. My co-worker and I are currently non-plussed as to
the solution.

It's a known bug but MS is working on a fix. Meawhile delete the parent
task and re-enter to the affected tasks.

I downloaded a hotfix (my question was answered in another
post). Go to http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
kbid=832887 This is MS Knowledge base 832887. It worked
just fine!
