Hi,
I'm having problems with a remote office using outlook 2003.
They are using the ISP SMTP server to send their mails.
It seams that Outlook doesn't advertize the size of the message. When these
users are not paying attention, they try to send messages larger then what
the SMTP server accepts. The SMTP server will download the message until it
reaches the limit. Then it disconnect the session. Outlook keeps trying to
send the message over and over and never stops trying.
Here's my questions:
1) Is there a place in Outlook 2003 where I can limit the size of Outgoing
attachements? (Warning the user the attachement he wants to send is too big)
2) Or a place where I can tell Outlook 2003 to try only X times then fail
the message (Like we de with faxes, fail after 5 unsuccessful trials)
Thanks,
