I can't figure out why my e-mail is being blocked. I get a 550 error mesage
to check spamhouse.org. I checked the blacklist sites and it says I am Ok.
How do I get rid of the block?

Block by WHOM? Your own e-mail provider? Or by the recipients' e-mail
servers for your outbound e-mails?

That a blacklist has expired a spam record (which means you were listed)
doesn't mean the e-mail provider that employs that blacklist has updated
their copy yet. In some cases, a cached or local copy of the blacklist
is retained and that one is used locally to the receiving mail host
rather than having to make a query to the blacklist's servers on every
received e-mail.

You'll have to contact the owner of the receiving mail host to find out
why you are still blacklisted.

Also, you did not specify WHO is getting blocked. Could be you. Could
be your sending mail host (i.e., whomever is your e-mail provider's
outbound mail host). You did not mention on what IP address you did a
search at the Spamhaus database.

That's something your recipients must address, usually.
