Outgoing email cutting off a letter in my address preventing reply

I just set up my Outlook email. When I send a message to anyone instead of
my email address showing correctly: (e-mail address removed)
it cuts off the last letter before the @ sign :
(e-mail address removed)

This prevents anyone from replying to my messages. I can send and receive
messages just fine.

How do I correct this problem?

I am new to this newsgroup and not very computer savvy so if more
information is needed please let me know.

Go back to your account configuration and type your mail address correctly.
Tools-> Account Settings
