outgoing email is stuck

Have a small outgoing message stuck n my out box. It keeps resending too.
I have tried to work offline and delete it, tried creating a new data base
and delete the old, but nothing works on my 64 bit machine. Help!

Set outlook offline, then close. Reopen. Can you delete it?

I not, what type of email account?
