Outgoing gmail

I’m having problems sending mail with my Gmail account.
I’m getting mail in my inbox but cannot send them

Alright, if you need help on troubleshooting the issue post your Outlook
configuration information and exact error and just ask.

Ok,

I have a gmail account configured on a windows Vista buisenis edition as
follow,

POP3
pop.gmail.com
smtp.gmail.com

the rest off the settings are just kike discrition on MS site

The error message that i'm getting is;
Task 'Gmail - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed
out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to
receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP).'

Do you ahve a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this
integration and try again.
