Outgoing HTML mails being converted to plaintext by Exchange?

Hi!

I've just moved my mailbox from our old Exchange 2003 to our new Exchange 2007 Server and now all HTML emails to external recipients are being converted to plaintext when sending with Entourage 2008.

Emails to internal recipients stay HTML.
There are no rules on the Hub Transport and HTML mails from Outlook or outlook Webaccess stay HTML (are not being converted) - just the HTML mails from Entourage.

I tried to send with different encoding but no joy.

Does anyone else experience this problem?

Regards,
Jens

Hi Jens,

That's an option on the Exchange server and you need to ask your
Exchange admin to help you. I don;t beleive there is anything you could
do,
The server converts them as you send them out.

You can change the way you want HTML used in the preferences. It is under
the Mail & News Preferences under the Compose field.

Hope this helps.
