I recently tried to add a second e-mail account to my main Outlook profile
(I use Outlook 2000 SR-1, corporate/workgroup setting), but was unable to
send e-mail from the second e-mail account and have that second address
appear in the "from" line. To address that, I just redid my e-mail
configuration to Internet, and am now able to send and receive e-mails from
both e-mail addresses in the same Outlook profile. The problem, however, is
that my outgoing mail for both accounts now sits in the Outbox for 10-15
minutes before it leaves. I must push the "send/receive" button every few
minutes, and eventually the mail finally gets sent out. There is no problem
with receiving mail from both e-mail accounts, mail comes in to the Inbox
promptly. Any ideas?
