I saw a recent posting from either David Gage or Gary Chefetz which
illustrated an interesting use of Outline Codes - the example was for
project status. The outline code lookup table includes Active, Archived,
Cancelled, etc.,
The suggested use had not occured to me, which on reflection was probably
because I was allowing myself to think "inside the box" when it came to
their application and potential benefits and was focused on the term Code
alone.
I would be interested to hear from newsgroup contributors how they are using
Outline Codes and what the benefits are of using codes at the task, resource
(excluding RBS and Skills) and enterprise level are.
