Outline codes and VB

Hi all,

In a user form, I want to create a combo box that lists the items from
a Project Outline Code (so, not a task level or resource level outline
code, but project level).

Does anyone know how to do this, *without* resorting to SQL code? I
don't know SQL and I definitely don't have access to the SQL tables.

I'm using Project Server 2003. I've tried numerous bits of code, but
they all refer to the task or resource level outline code, but nothing
for the project level.

Any helpful hints? Many thanks in advance,
