Outline Codes in MSP 2003

In MSP 2000, when a user clicked on a dropdown to enter an OutlineCode value
into a field, both the OutlineCode value AND the description displayed.

In MSP 2002, when a user clicked on a dropdown to enter an OutlineCode value
into a field, only the OutlineCode value displayed, and the Description did
NOT display.

Does anyone know, if MSP 2003 displays both the OutlineCode value AND the
description, or just the value, when the user clicks the dropdown to enter
an OutlineCode value?
