Hello Eán,
If you mean copy the outline level from one task into/over the
outline level for another task, no. The outline level field is
calculated by Project when you indent or outdent tasks. You can
manually enter a logical value in the field.
However you can copy and paste the outline level value from the
outline level field into a spare field (text or number).
