Outline Number and WBS fields

Are the above two fields the same in content? If so why
have two fields? Also and I know this is more of an
excel type question, how can I format exported WBS data
to be in numerical ascending order eg 1.9 to come before
1.10 not the other way round!

Hi John,

Outline number is a Project calculated field
WBS is "tunable" and when you have changed the plan you have to renumber
