outline number level button on custom toolbar

A couple of months ago I made an custome outline numbering scheme for my
customer and a cool toolbar that lets them apply various numbering levels to
a paragraph by clicking the corresponding button.

They love the toolbar and they think I'm a genius.

Now they've asked to add another level to the outline numbering scheme (no
problem, I can do that), and add the corresponding button to the custom
toolbar that I built.

My genius must be failing me, because for the life of my I cannot remember
how I created a button that applies a specific outline numbering level.

Can anybody help? Does anybody even know what I'm talking about?

If you created the outline list correctly, you linked each level to a
specific style. You can add a button for a new style at the additional
level.
