OutlIne Numbering Problem

I'm working on a document using outline numbering. The
numbering is stuck at #5. I don't want to keep manually
fixing the numbered list and when I go to format the list,
I don't get the option for which number I want to continue
with.

How do I fix this? It happens all the time.
