Outline problems

When working in MS Word 2002, Ihave had problems when I
try to end the automatic numbering/lettering. When I try
to backspace out to go to the original margin I am unable
to access it. I have had to copy and paste the information
to a new document in order to go to a new line.
Does anyone have any other solution?

You may want to check your formatting, make sure that your
spacing is correct and that you are not locked in to caps
lock. This may help! Good luck!
