Outline Tasks Not Showing Up In Resource Center

I have about 10 projects on my Project Server 2007. When I try to look at
the resource assignments for a few resources, I am able to view their tasks
but depending on the project, I dont see the outline that I have setup in the
Project. For example, If I had a task that was outlined like this
Project>Planning>Task Name. I would only see it as Task Name. But on some
other projects, I would see the entire outline.
