Outlines around text boxes on handouts

I use PPT 2002 and have a coworker that uses either the "latest version of
PPT for the Mac" on desktop or PPT 2002 on laptop.

We recently generated handouts. The harcopy ws generated from his laptop.
Some slides in my handouts had outlines around the text boxes and boxes. Many
of his did. The objects have no outline on the actual slides. How can we
prevent the outlines from showing?

Any suggestions would be most appreceated!

Thanks,
Bonsai Bil

Are you printing in black & white or color? If b/w, change the settings to
grayscale instead of pure b/w.

Best regards,
Ute

Need to view presentation in b/w view and then right-click on problem items
and change their display in b/w mode (I am guessing the handouts were
printed on b/w printer).

Thanks to all of you for your reply (including Sandy) From looks of other
slides they were printed in b/w. I now know better. We had photos that did
not come out which says it was in b/w.

I apologize for double posting but received message that there was an error
in submitting the first post.
