outlines/online help

Does anyone know the meaning of the following keystrokes from the help file?
They are under the "using outlines" section. Nothing happens when i try to
use them. I was hoping they would be used to collapse or show all levels
subordinate to the current outline row. I only seem to be able to do this
with the mouse. I don't want to collapse or expand the outline to a
universal level.

In order for those keyboard shortcuts to be useful, you first need some body
text to work with.

From http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/828606

-snip-

The Make Body Text feature in OneNote 2003 is used to create a structure
under top level items that is not part of the level or heading. After you
mark (flag) the the text as body text, you can select to hide the body text
and still view your top level items.

-snip-

You can mark body text with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+0, or you can
select "Make Body Text" from the outlining toolbar. Once you have body text,
the keyboard shortcuts you describe below will hide or show the body text.

Thanks. I had no idea such a concept even existed. I was just bulleting
such text, but this allows for that piece to be "hidden," separate from the
outline levels.

Makes me wonder what else I'm "missing."
