Outlining

Here's the situation. I would like to create a contract,
with various outline levels (1., 1.1., 1.1.1, etc). At the
end of the document I'll start an Exhibit. When I insert a
table of contents I want only level 1 and the name of the
exhibit to show. So far so good. I just make the Exhibit
name level one.

Now the problem. In the exhibit I'll also have various
levels of headers. How do I make it start over at 1.,
1.1., 1.1.1., etc. and not have any of them show in the
table of contents?
