Outllib.dll continually crashes when reading mail

G'day All,

I am getting the following problem, when I start outlook 2003 and read
a mail message, when I close the message. I get a popup box, saying
outlook must close. the event log has the following

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, stamp 408f2937,
faulting module outllib.dll, version 11.0.6359.0, stamp 40c8adfd,
debug? 0, fault address 0x00074db7.

I have tried, reinstalling office, renaming outllib and repairing, all
to no avail. If I start outlook in safe mode it works fine.

My question is how do I troubleshoot this further ?

As it works in safe mode disable all your add-ins and see if it works now in
normal mode as well.
