I have outlook 2002, and when open the calendar I would like outlook to
highlight today's day because it does not shows by default today;s day.
How can I fix this?

Outlook does highlight the current day when you open the calendar folder.
It may not be as apparent for your Outlook depending on the Windows Theme
you are using. In month view, it can be hard to distinguish the day but it
is highlighted.

Just a thought, have you applied all service packs for Office?

yes I do have installed all the updates. However today's day in month view
is not highlighted until I select a random day and then click on TODAY

I just noticed that for a fraction of a second Today's day is highlighted
but it clears itself. There is indeed something wrong with my outlook
