Outllok 2003 Add-in Error

Everytime I open Outlook 2003 I get an eeror message about outbak.dll not being a valid add-in. The address to that Add-in is not valid. I have no idea how to remove it. When I go to Tool-Options-Other to look at the Add-in there is nothing there. I do, however also get that pop-up error message there.

Any ideas on what it is or how to clear it?

Try the above article (Its for Outlook 2002,but you can still use it,MS
does not haveone for Outlook 2003)
