Outllook 2002 calendar navigation

In the default month view (shows all days of the month),
I cannot get the date navigator (two small calendars to
the right of the current month display that simplifies
navigating to a particular date) to display. It displays
in all other default views, but not the monthly view. How
can I display the date navigator?

I don't think there's any way to make it display permanently, but you can
look at it temporarily by dragging from the right side of the window. It
will probably disappear if you switch out of Month view and back again.
