Outllook 2002 opening outlook 2003 data file

Always Hopefull

I need to open a Outlook 2003 .pst file with Outlook
2002. Does anyone know how to convert the data file back
to the 2002 format?

A trial version of Office 2003 came with a new computer,
and it converted my old 2002 .pst file to the new
format. I didn't want to buy the upgrade, so I have re-
installed office 2002. Now I have learned that Outlook
2003 used a new format.

Any help is greatly appreciated.....

You'll have to reinstall Outlook 2003 (or find someone who has it installed)
and create an new ANSI .PST file (the kind Outlook 2002 and earlier used),
and copy the data from the Outlook 2003 .PST into it.
