Outllook 2007 Data file closed correclty?

Every time I open Outlook after starting my pc it tells the a dat file didn't
close correctly. I close Outlook everytime before shutting down the pc. How
do I stop this happening?

Look in Task Manager to be certain Outlook actually closed. Frequently
other add-ins are preventing Outlook from completely closing, and it has
only left the screen and you think it closed but hasn't.
