Hi guys,
I have a problem with a particular client machine running MS Outlook 2007 SP1.
Client:
MS Vista Business SP1
MS Office 2007 SP1
MS CRM 4.0 Dyamics outlook plugin
Exchange 2003 SP2
Whenever this particular user tries to delete items in their inbox they get
the following error message:
Some items cannot be deleted. They were either moved or already deleted, or
access was denied
I thought at first it might have been a permissions issue but when I check
the permissions on Mailbox rights on the server side that user has full
permissions. I have even tried using the SHIFT+DEL and still doesn't do
anything.
Only one user has this issue. Also to note this user is a laptop user but I
have checked that this particular user isn't using cached mode.
The only change that has been made recently is that we have upgraded to our
MS Dynamics CRM system to version 4.0. However all other users are working
fine even when CRM tracking emails are enabled.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
