Outllook 98 & IE6

Outlook 98 was installed onto a pc with Windows98SE & IE6
installed. I now want to set up microsoft mail &
netfolders for Outlook98 but am unable to install the
additiononal features. Outlook hangs when searching for
additional features

How is the problem overcome?
