I realize this is not the forum for Outlook Connector, but I've tried all
other approaches to get support for this product. There is supposed to be
support but the Outlook Connector support site requires the product ID. I've
tried everything (automatic, different formats, using the Outlook ID) to use
the ID from the product, but keep getting an invalid product ID. Searching
Google appears this is a very common problem. Surely, this is not a
purposeful effort to keep support activity low? Regardless, it sure is
effective in that regard. I ran into this same problem several months ago
and just gave up. Now, my problem is serious enough that I need support.
Any suggestions as to how to proceed without spending $99.00 to initiate
contact.
