Outllook Express do not work anymore

Hi,

Please help me !

My Outlook Express freezed today and after I stoped it
through task manager it does not open anymore.

I realized it still works if I loggon as different users
on this machine. I does not work in that specific user
profile and there is no message error.

What can I do ?
