How do i change the font of the heading in the Mail Column "all the items to
the left of the inbox i.e.....MAIL - UNREAD MAIL - SENT ITEMS - DELETED ITEMS
- PERSONAL FOLDERS ETC - I am using Outlook Professional Edition

The font used in the Navigation Pane, assuming that's what you mean, is
contolled by Windows. In Windows XP, for example, right-click your
Desktop, choose Properties, select the Appearance tab, and change the
"Font Size" drop-down at the bottom. That will change the Nav Pane.
