In loading the Outlook to OneNote poweretoy in the Com Add-ins area it
states that it is not loaded a runtime error occured during the loading of
the Com Add-in. How do I correct this?? I have .NET framework 1.1
installed.

The "PowerToys" are sometimes troublesome, Paul. Are you running OneNote
SP1 and Outlook 2003? If so, sometimes restarting both a couple times will
kick it into gear. Also, check in Add or Remove Programs (Control Panel) to
make sure it says exactly "Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1" otherwise you need
to update it.

You also need to install the Outlook support for .net add-ins. This is a
different thing from the .net framework you see in Add/Remove programs. It
is in office setup - go to advanced customization, then in the tree that
shows up, open Outlook, and choose the first thing (.net programmability
support)

That did the trick. Thank you.
