Outlok 2000 Frozen

I upgraded my Outlook trying to get SR-1. Now when I try to acces Outlook, I
get the following error and the window closes. I can SEE my mail behind the
error message, I just can't get to it! When I acknowledge the error msg, the
app closes.
Error Msg = Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Program: c:\progra~1\microso~2\office\outlook.exe

Run 6025
- pure virtual function call

How can I get this fixed???

Dear,
Do you have any Antivirus, Antispam installed - disable them and try.
If not then Uninstall the AV and AS - try.

So if I do this and it works, does that mean that I have to run w/out AV and
AS? That doesn't sound real .... comfortable!
