[Outloo, 2003] Storage folder

Hi,

If I choose open / outlook data file, and I open another .pst file, what
will it do ? Open a new data file and add it after the default one ? Or
close the default one and open this one instead?

Moreover, what should I backup when I format my hard drive? The pst file,
sure, but what should I backup to keep my outlook email account settings
and other outlook settings?

Thanks

It will add the new .pst file to the folder tree.

As you know, Outlook ceased being able to export your account settings. If
you have a backup from Outlook 2000, use that one when you reformat. Look
for the .iaf file.
