I don't think you can, natively. You'd probably have to export those
calendar entries to some other format like CSV or something that Access
can get into.
Outlook's PST format is not very natively accessible by other apps; not
even MS apps.
Thanks for your reply, Ben. I have been able to import selected data from my
Outlook calendar. The import created a table in Access called "calendar"
including the two items I asked for: Subject and Date date. Now, I want the
imported calendar field "Subject" to relate to the "Name" field in another
table so that Person A's appointment can be displayed on the same query with
other information about person A contained in a table named "Persons". Can
this be done?
Well, I'm impressed you got that far to be honest. I think you may have
to ask the folks in the Access group for details on relating the fields
in query.
